The City of Lethbridge, in partnership with AT, carried out the circulation road study. The purpose was to evaluate and establish long term roadway needs for the City for a potential new circulation road which was to connect to the City roadway network, the proposed provincial North-South Trade Corridor and include a crossing over the Oldman River.

Ahmed Ali, P.Eng., PTOE, Transportation Planning Manager for the City of Lethbridge, will discuss the planning, engineering and public involvement unique to the study process.
