am Assemble at Bar Colony Heritage Cultural Centre
- 9:15 am Depart from Lloydminster
- 11:30 am Arrive in Cold Lake and eat lunch
- 12:45 pm Assemble at the Canex Parking Lot and board base transportation
- 1:00 pm Arrive at the Advanced Engineering Test Establishment (AETE)
- 2:15 pm Depart AETE
- 2:30 pm Visit the 409 or 410 Squadron for briefing and group photo
- 3:45 pm Depart squadron
- 4:00 pm Depart Canex Parking Lot
- 4:30 pm OPTIONAL: Assemble at local establishment for cocktails and dinner

Travel: $25.00
**Travel costs are for transportation to and from the Cold Lake Air Force
Base (I.e. Van rental, mileage,
insurance, and fuel) for those individuals requiring transportation. Each person
will be responsible for their
own meals.
Come join us for a joint branch tour of the 4 Wing Cold
Lake Air Force Base. The tour
will include a visit of the Advanced Engineering Test Establishment and 409th/410th
Squadron where you will be briefed on the role of the Squadron and have an
opportunity to take pictures of an F-18 Hornet.
Attendance is limited (45 people) so please RSVP by Wednesday,
September 12th
(NO EXCEPTIONS) by contacting one of the executive members indicated below.
Note that the base personnel require a minimum of ten (10) days to perform the
necessary security checks and clearances. For that reason, please provide your
full
name and either your social insurance number and/or driver license number with
your
RVSP. Note that photo identification is required to access the base. Also note
that
cameras are allowed but you will be instructed as to where you can and can not
take
pictures.
