Over the first decade of the new millennium we are witnessing first hand many of the effects of global commerce and discovering the enormous potential global enterprise has to affect our daily lives, both for the good and for the bad. In response, organizational ethics has begun to emerge as a critical discipline for managing the impact of those effects and lighting the way forward as we look to further expand that potential.

We have clearly seen that management of ethical issues is not limited to large for profit business but touches all sizes of operations across every sector of the economy. Developing the principles of sound ethical leadership has never been more important than now. Our talk will examine the current state of business ethics and look at emerging trends and what they might mean in the workplace tomorrow.
