APEGGA's Practice Standards Committee has prepared a near-final draft of a
revised guideline for Development of Consulting Rate Structures and Contracts.
The guideline presents several alternative methods for establishing consulting
fees for professional services without recommending minimums or maximums.
It also provides general guidance respecting formal agreements, ownership
of drawings and copyright, and management of risk.

Before completing the final draft, the Practice Standards Committee welcomes
comments that may help improve this document. Please direct your suggestions,
