Dressed to the wild west theme of the Consulting Engineers of Alberta Showcase Awards, Ron Triffo, P.Eng., receives his Lieutenant Governor’s Award for Distinguished Achievement from Alberta Lt.-Gov. Norman Kwong (right). The Feb. 2 event attracted about 450 people to the Stampede Roundup Centre in Calgary to honour Mr. Triffo and others. Mr. Triffo is a former APEGGA councillor and the 2004 winner of the APEGGA Summit Awards Centennial Leadership Award. The showcase also celebrated awards in 11 CEA categories.
