Wing Choy, P.Eng., president of the Edmonton Chinese Engineering Association, discusses with Nancy Toth, Manager of Professional Development for APEGGA, how the two organizations can work together to provide mentoring for their members. APEGGA’s Mentoring Program matches experienced members with new or less experienced members. Protégés improve their job skills as well as their soft skill set. Since the program began in 2004 it has grown by 400 per cent.
