Question: Where is KITCOM located? How can I order my device? I am outside the main city what can I do?
Answer: Our main office is based in Calgary Alberta. KITCOM has website www.kitcom.ca that allows users to order online. You can also call us toll free at 1866 375 3111 or send the order form from your benefits website to us via email at specialoffer@kitcom.ca or fax to 1-866-421-2055. If you wish to see hardware before purchasing, APEGA members can visit other Bell stores to see the latest products and handle different devices there, and then simply place your order with the device you want with KITCOM for next day delivery!
Question: Why can’t I get this offering anywhere?
Bell believes that having one primary point of contact ensures APEGA members receive the correct information at all times, and the APEGA member can receive all benefits and discounts available. By opening the program to any location, often the information is not provided correctly, members may not receive the applicable discounts and benefits. KITCOM is educated and fully set up to service your needs anywhere in Canada and has therefore been chosen as the exclusive Bell dealer for APEGA.
Question: I am already a Bell customer can I still take advantage of this offer?
Yes all that is required is to contact Bell customer service at 1-800-667-0123 and provide your APEGA membership number and use Bell Reference code (known as a NAG ) of 109601984 which will assist the Bell customer service rep in finding the appropriate pricing discounts for you. Bell has a small fee of $20 to move from an existing consumer plan to special association pricing and is in effect within 1 billing cycle.
